Vikki Hayton has a Master’s Degree in Teaching and Learning. In addition, she is a fully qualified British Horse Society Instructor, a BHS Examiner, British Dressage Judge, BD Northern Region Coaching Representative and a National Accredited British Eventing Coach. Vikki has ridden and trained horses up to Grand Prix, representing England at the Home International on 3 occasions.

We welcome all types of ponies & horses, at all levels, from those who can walk & trot off the lead rein to those aiming for affiliated competitions.

Conducted by Jill Day – BD Recognised coach (UKCC Level 3) and UKCC Coach Educator

This is an interactive study day to learn, share and discuss best practice as a dressage coach. The day is open to everyone with an interest in dressage training; especially trainers and coaches who would like to attain or upgrade their professional qualifications. It is a CPD for those who already hold the UK Coaching Certificate (UKCC). This is a classroom and practical based day.
Jill is a UKCC Level 3 Dressage Coach, a Level 3 Assessor and Coach Educator and is the Coaching Lead for British Dressage and as such has responsibility for all matters relating to Coaching within BD.
During the day Jill will explain the variety of learning styles, qualities of a dressage coach and a presentation of the values of the UKCC course. The UKCC is recognised as a mark of safe, quality coaching as well as providing a clear, structured pathway for personal improvement of coaching skills and delivery. The day will cover: assessing the horse and rider, coaching demonstrations at UKCC level 2 and 3.
Jill will look forward to promoting discussion and debate about dressage coaching. She will also be able to answer any questions about the UKCC.
